We are happy to provide a variety of athletics programs at ANCS through competitive All Nations teams, as well as partnerships with local community organizations.

Fall Sports
Cross Country (Grades 3-10)
Practices: Monday (6:00-7:00 PM) and Thursday (6:15-7:15 PM)
Location: Mondays-Woodlands Waterway @ Town Green Park
Thursdays- Shadowbend Park (4995 Lake Woodlands Drive, 77382)
Fees (covers meet and race registration, coaching fees, and team uniforms):
Grades 3-5, $200
Grades 6-10, $300
Season: August 14th - January 13th
Race distances: 3rd-8th grade (distances vary from 1 to 3.1 miles), 9-10 (3.1 to 6.2 miles)

Swimming (Grades 2-10)
Practices: Tuesdays and Thursday, 5:00-6:00pm
Location: Shadowbend Pool (4995 Lake Woodlands Drive, 77382).
Fees: 12 Session Punch Card $250 (does not include team caps or swim apparel)
Season: August 16th - May 2024
Race Distances: Distance varies by race type (eg. sprint triathlon team)
Prerequisites: Must be able to swim a continuous 50 meters.

Practices: Monday and Wednesday (3:30-4:30 PM)

Fee: $250 (covers official fees, coaching stipend, and team uniforms)
