The vision for All Nations Community School began over 10 years ago in the hearts of husband and wife team, Christina Callaway and Stephen Michalik. After almost a decade abroad teaching in international schools in South America and the Middle East, the couple moved to North Houston in 2014. While teaching in public and private schools in the area, it became apparent that there was a need for a more globally-minded education that would appeal to the growing population of expats and families who want their children to engage with other cultures.

Partnerships with like-minded people began to form in January 2017, which led to the establishment of a Founding Board in September 2017. All Nations Community School opened its doors to 15 students in August of 2018.

Though the initial vision for the school began with Christina and Stephen, the founding of ANCS has been through the collaboration of various partners in the community who have the same passion and desire to see a Christ-centered, globally-minded school in the North Houston and Woodlands area. With Houston now the most diverse city in the United States, ANCS is strategically placed to educate and inspire students who will one day become change-makers in all corners of the globe.
